Help me find this dress?
I was looking on line for a spring theme, structured dress and found the perfect wetseal. The only thing is wetseal do not ship to Canada? Extremely annoying. Anyway, I looked everywhere for a dress similar and have almost given up so I thought maybe you guys could help me. I love the style and size of this dress more she exemplifies the better. I do not want something or pure floating or chemise because I have too many similar styles like that in my closet right now. bottom line is that I want something structure and elastic for a reasonable price that ships to Canada.
