How to apply a lace front wig when u have a lot of hair on your sides?

I just bought a new synthetic wig before yaw. I applied this the right way and cut the lace just as you are supposed to do. The only problem is ... it doesn't look as natural that he should. I have a lot of hair on my edges and I know I should apply it to my sides. My sides are really close to my face. What could I do to make it more like mine?

I have almost exactly the same problem as you. My edges go very far, and when I frontlace tried to apply a wig, he looked very natural because it was more to my forehead since I tried to cover my natural hair. What I did (and most users would probably shudder wig frontlace about it) was part of a quarter inch my hairline natural and separate from the rest of the hair. I applied the lace on this part. It looked really great, and I think it's something that people with low hairlines will be adjusted to work with. There are so many things I can not do because of the hairline! But there is always a way around it. Good luck, I hope this helps some and that works for you too.
